Callie joined our firm in November 2022. Callie is responsible for assisting Paul Melnick and the Trusts and Estates team. She graduated from George Mason University in May 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and International Politics with a Minor in Legal Studies. Prior to joining our firm, she worked as a paralegal for a local Elder Law firm. When she's not in the office, Callie enjoys the beach and trying out new restaurants.

Paul joined the firm in July 2024 as a Land Use Professional, supporting Michelle Rosati’s land use practice. He brings many years of experience in economic development and public policy, including land-use plan review and policy development. A LEED Green Associate, Paul has served in the leadership of the McLean Planning Committee and the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce, and was a member of the McLean Community Business Center Task Force and the McLean Urban Design Guidelines Advisory Committee.
Educated at Bowdoin College, Paul has since completed coursework in the history of American urban planning at the Harvard Extension School and in urban studies and community development at Georgetown University. He is a member of the American Planning Association, the US Green Building Council, the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP Northern Virginia, the Society of Architectural Historians, and the Institute for Classical Architecture & Art.
Paul has served in the leadership of the McLean Citizens Association (MCA), the McLean Community Center (MCC) Governing Board, the Historical Society of Fairfax County, the McLean Historical Society and the Friends of Pleasant Grove. A former member of the Alumni Governing Council of The Potomac School, Paul has served on a number of additional boards, including that of the Rotary Club of McLean, Virginia. In 2022, the Board of Supervisors appointed him to the Fairfax County 250th Commission. While Paul served as its Co-Chair or Vice Chair, the MCA Environment, Parks & Recreation Committee was the recipient of a 2017 Fairfax County Environmental Excellence Award and a 2023 Fairfax County Friend of Trees Award. Paul was a 2017 honoree of the Leadership Center for Excellence’s Northern Virginia 40 Under 40.
